About

So you want to know more about me..

Ok, let’s glide through the years shall we.

2nd Grade: I tried selling my school books on the corner in my neighborhood. (No takers).

5th Grade: I sold faux stocks to my classmates and would read the WSJ and Business Investors Daily in class.

At 22: I purchased my first apartment (Upper East Side of Manhattan).

At 23: I had an offer for $1.2 million dollar investment for my start-up (Passed, then the tech bubble).

I ran a marathon (26.2 miles) and a few weeks later ran an ultra marathon (37.1 miles).

I am a recipient of two Presidential Volunteer Service Awards.

In a 3 year span I became an agent (Salesperson), associate broker, and then principal broker of my own firm.

I was awarded the Producers Club Award for commissions earned at my former brokerage.

I taught myself PHP, CSS, and HTML so I could build and extend the functionality of CMS’s like WordPress.

I am currently learning Objective C. (On the docket: Python, Ruby)

I occasionally write about real estate in NYC (blog) or read from my bookshelf.

I believe in ushering in a frictionless real estate experience (See below)
