NYC is full of agents with the concentration of activity in Manhattan & Brooklyn. I wanted to know where they mostly are in relation to the city itself, the report while as inclusive as possible (See About the Stats at the bottom of the report) I’ve only listed the top 5 in each category, (See categories below) Combing through 180+ brokerages the data is what I expected in the top tier firms and also pretty close to The Real Deal’s agent count from May 2014 earlier this year here.
